Bill Memorial, a minority unaided private school, run by Modern Education Society would be totally irrelevant if we do not contribute towards a change in the society in which we live. Let us perceive our school as      an agent of social change.

 

Therefore, the role of Bill Memorial School is not only to pursue academic excellence, but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and productive members of an ever-changing global society.

 

Education is a process of training and developing knowledge, skill and character of students by schooling. A school comes into existence for the sake of students. The focus of educational service in our school is the student. The school keeps in mind, primarily, the well-being of the students. The school exists for students.

 

Our student centered school fosters active lifelong learning and promotes healthy student development academically, socially, emotionally and physically. While academic excellence is a major concern, the school is very keen on preparing our students for life. We need to prepare them to face the challenges of tomorrow, and encourage them to be socially conscious.

 

The TRUE education is possible only when the school and family correspond to each other. I invite one and all to collaborate in imparting true education to bring about social change. It is the joint responsibility of the Management along with the Staff and parents to integrate moral values in our children.

 

At present with an augmented strength of 351 students, we have a fusion of students from various cultures and traditions gaining holistic development in our campus through continuous efforts.

Dear Parents and Students,

 

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” (A.P.J Abdul Kalam) It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our Bill Memorial website.

“I have a dream….”This was the opening line of the world famous speech by Dr. Martin Luther King, who had dreamt of a just and kind world. I have a dream too.

I dream of a school which will be recognized as a beacon in the field of teaching-learning processes, student-teacher relationships and their well-being. Keeping that in mind, we have created a safe – social, emotional and physical environment that helps all our students to learn and succeed.

The Bill School is growing every day; but we have never ignored the importance of developing and maintaining positive relationships with each student, as an individual. Parents and visitors compliment us on the warm ambience and orderly school atmosphere and our strong sense of community. Our students have a strong sense of self- respect, which is complemented by their respect for others around them. They voluntarily work for the community, which is an expression of our Core Values- Equity, Dignity, Empathy and Responsibility.

Our approach involves working with parents to meet the individual needs of every student, and supporting them to fulfill their academic and co-curricular goals and dreams. Our three-way handshake has worked wonders over the past few years, and the bond is growing stronger with every passing day. This is a tough world; but it is a world that rewards perseverance, resilience, initiative, problem-solving and cooperation. It is a genuine pleasure to see our children grow up well-rounded, and well-prepared for such a world, under the guidance of a strong, dedicated and capable team of educators, who have become the driving force in the growth of the School. For an upcoming school, it gives me immense pleasure to share with you, the repertoire of achievements, which have been the awards conferred upon us by renowned educational forums.

It is rightly said that, “A dream becomes a goal, when action is taken towards its achievement,” and I can proudly say that, we are committed in taking constructive and purposeful actions to produce optimistic, independent, compassionate, life-long learners and leaders, who will bring glory to the School, State and the Nation. We at Bill School believe that this is the fundamental truth and it has always been the endeavor of the school to instill right values in its students so that they develop a holistic personality and are ready to take on the challenges head on once they step out of the gates of the school.

 

We have set out on an elevating and simulative journey with the aim of providing our children an exclusive learning experience by teaching them to march ahead with positive attitude, skill, confidence, sensitivity and responsibility. The unmatched and impressive heights of glory at which our school stands today bears testimony to the fact the school is fiercely committed to pursue excellence in all the fields, be it in academia, sports, ethics or aesthetics. In this contemporary world where cut throat competition has become a part and parcel of life, it is of supreme importance that we teach our children to be competent enough to stand tall amongst others with their extraordinary skills and come out victorious from the realms of this challenging world.

The words of Swami Vivekananda “Arise! Awake! And stop not till the road is reached“ act as our motto and watchword that will always inspire our children throughout their lives.

Childhood is the best time to lay the foundation of the core values essential for the overall development of the future citizen of tomorrow.

The Bill Memorial School is a friendly school where each and every student is understood, valued, and attended to. Our students are provided with facilities like well-equipped science laboratory, computer laboratory, and audiovisual room. Equal attention is given to the development of the children both academically and in extracurricular activities like different sports, yoga, cultural activities, etc. Year by year the efforts of all our staff and students have taken the school forward in the terms of excellence.

The school has progressed in leaps and bounds. We offer our students a stress-free learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
